We have a Complaint for the California Bar Drafted. (6 pages). The focus is on 3 attorneys at 2 law firms. Two of the three Attorneys are firm principals. We also have 50+ pages of correspondence with the two law firms compiled. In final stages of draft review now. Not sure how this one is going to go out, Thinking it will be posted right here for public reference but TBD. 5/4/2022 - Complaints mailed to CA BAR Doc 0 - California Bar Complaint (10 pgs) - view Doc 1 - Supporting Dialogue - view Arrived at CA Bar- 5/9/2022 CA Bar confirmed 3 complaints via Email - 5/10/2022 8/1/2022 - Bar Response and Counter We received a letter in late July 2022 indicating the Bar would not be pursing the complaint. The gist was they might only get "negligence" and it wasn't worth the effort. In the Bar Response, they indicate the Attorneys involved complained we had not provided medical records, which is yet another false statement, now being made the CA Bar. Includes patently false facts about monetary matters and case disposition. It appears the Attorneys provided false facts to the Bar. It also declares there is such a thing as "co consul of record" and that should have satisfied our needs. (?!?) |
