This is the tentative publishing location for my pending complaint with MD DLLR related to Appraiser malfeasance. 

The initial response from the MD DLLR indicates the matter has been turned over to their Technical Reviewer who will be assessing $5,000 fines for each improper adjustment or infraction. 

This seems like a review process I could support.  I'm guessing the fine will range from $35k to 100k, but we'll just have to wait and see...
